Berry Smoothie Bowl
A thick, scoopable smoothie bowl of frozen berries and banana blended with Greek yogurt, topped with granola, fresh berries, and toasted coconut.
Ingredients
- frozen mixed berries1.5 cups
- frozen banana1 medium
- plain Greek yogurt (whole)3/4 cup
- milk1/4 cup
- honey1 tbsp
- vanilla extract1/2 tsp
- certified gluten-free granola1/4 cup
- fresh blueberries1/4 cup
- fresh strawberries3, sliced
- toasted coconut flakes1 tbsp
- chia seeds1 tsp
Steps
Blend ingredients until thick.
Blend frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla on high until thick and scoopable. Add milk a tablespoon at a time only if needed.
Spoon into a chilled bowl.
Arrange toppings in stripes.
Arrange granola, fresh berries, coconut flakes, and chia seeds in stripes across the top.
Eat right away with a cold spoon.
