Homemade Ranch Dressing
Cool, herby buttermilk ranch made from scratch — nothing in a bottle compares. Great on salads, wings, and crudité.
Ingredients
- buttermilk1/2 cup
- sour cream1/2 cup
- mayonnaise1/2 cup
- fresh dill2 tbsp, chopped
- chives2 tbsp, snipped
- fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- garlic1 small clove, grated
- lemon1/2 (juice of)
- onion powder1/2 tsp
- kosher salt1/2 tsp
- black pepper1/4 tsp
Steps
Whisk buttermilk, sour cream, and mayo.
Whisk buttermilk, sour cream, and mayo in a bowl until smooth.
Stir in herbs and seasonings.
Stir in dill, chives, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cover and chill the dressing.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes for the flavors to bloom.
