Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
A creamy, post-workout smoothie of frozen banana, peanut butter, oats, and Greek yogurt — packs serious protein in five minutes.
Ingredients
- frozen banana1 large
- creamy peanut butter2 tbsp
- plain Greek yogurt (whole)1/2 cup
- milk3/4 cup
- rolled oats2 tbsp
- honey1 tsp
- ground cinnamonpinch
- ice cubes3
Steps
Add ingredients to blender.
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy, about 45 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
